I'm thanking you for the marvelous pair of Josefinas ballet flats! Despite being so simple, the flats are the most beautiful, comfortable, and best quality flats I've ever had the pleasure of putting on. I'm thinking about ordering Tiptoe Black until the end of this week!

From the surprise of receiving them earlier, to the packaging and care in the message (by the way, a kiss to Ana too), but, above all, putting on my Josefinas for the first time - everything was wonderful!
Your company is indeed positively surprising. It is one of the few companies (the only Portuguese one that I know of) that does this kind of thing, asking people their opinion after placing and receiving an order.
