Which payment methods are available? Payment is made through Credit Card or PayPal. This way, you can use a credit card (or debit card), with all its convenience and security, through a secure and encrypted system.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to order my Josefinas? No, you can pay with credit card.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping is free for all orders made in Portugal. For other locations, the shipping costs are 9€. However, shipping is free for any worldwide location for orders over 190€.
How is my order shipped? Shipping is via DHL.
What is the shipping address? Josefinas’ address is already written on the box. Bloomers (Josefinas) Rua Quinta de Cabanas nº110, 6º, 4700-003 Braga, Portugal.
Is there a way to track my shipment status? Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with, once your order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped? If Josefinas exist in stock, generally we need 3 business days to prep and ship your order. Otherwise, if you ordered a limited edition, or any Josefinas out of stock, the shipping can take from 15 to 30 days. But they will be made just for you!
Can I cancel my order? Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.
To which countries do you ship Josefinas? Portugal, all European countries, Canada, USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, China (Hong Kong) and Macau.

Do any products have shipping restrictions? Yes, but only those made of exotic skins. Due to international trade agreements and regulations, there are some restraints placed on the shipping of these models outside the EU. Besides that, Josefinas have to obtain CITES certificate before shipping the products. Therefore, the shipping process may be delayed.
