Which payment methods are available?
Payment is made through Credit Card or PayPal. You can also use a previously bought Gift Card.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders placed in Portugal. If you want your Josefinas to be delivered to other countries, you can check all the information regarding shipping here.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping and return of your Josefinas is done via MRW, DHL Parcel or DHL Express, depending on the destination. If you want, you can email us to [email protected] or contact us via social media to confirm which company will deliver your order.
Is there a way to track my shipment status?
Yes. You can follow your Josefinas’ journey using the code we’ll provide you with once your order is shipped. This tracking code will also be available in your Customer Area.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Each pair of Josefinas is handcrafted, pair by pair, especially for each order. Its creation and shipping can take up to three weeks, depending on the number of orders and the complexity of the chosen pair. If you wish to receive your Josefinas in a special date, please email us to [email protected]osefinas.com, and we'll be glad to analyse that possibility.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded. However, this condition does not apply to custom products or special requests – these orders can only be canceled before their creation has started.
To which countries do you ship Josefinas?
Josefinas are sent to any part of the world and delivered to the intended address with all love and safety.
Are there restrictions on shipping some products?
Yes, but only those made of exotic leathers. Due to international trade agreements and regulations, there are some restraints placed on the shipping of these models outside the EU. Besides that, Josefinas have to obtain a CITES certificate before shipping the products. Therefore, the shipping process may be delayed. About the Exchanges and Returns policy:
The exchange or return is accepted and effected under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of use within 15 days after receiving the order.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its components present there.
We do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of the returned Josefinas, if it was autonomously made by the customer.
If you want to make a return, just send the Josefinas to the sending address. If you want to return without cost, you can contact us so that we can deal with this process. Only the first return is free.
In case of an exchange, you should always mention the order number, which product you wish to return, and what size and model you wish to obtain, either by e-mail ([email protected] ), or telephone (+351 919 799 110). This request can also be made in your Customer Area.
If you are not satisfied or, if for some reason, need to exchange your Josefinas, all the costs for exchange / return in Portugal are free (only applied in case of return on the packaging of the receipt of Josefinas) and in the form referred to in the previous point.
After receipt of the product and verified its good condition, the amount will be fully returned by the same way with which it was paid or a new product will be produced by our artisans especially for you. If the product you wish to exchange has a different value, that adjustemnt is made prior to the production of a new pair.
